Movement of Ideas in Global History Saturday Series

Join the UC Berkeley History-Social Science Project in 2015-2016 for one or all in a series of three workshops to help educators prepare students to understand cross-regional and thematic elements in global history.

Each session features a scholar talk, presentation of a teacher–designed model lesson, and collaborative planning time. This multi-year series is funded by a grant from the International and Area National Resource Centers at UC Berkeley.  Stay tuned for more information about the 2015-16 series next year!

We encourage educators to download the model lessons from the 2014-15 series, addressing the movement of ideas in global history, and to provide feedback.
