Civic Engagement & Inquiry in the H-SS Framework

Registration is at capacity.

California’s newly adopted History-Social Science Framework presents teachers with a new model of instruction. By teaching students to think critically, empathize, recognize moral choices, and make their voices heard, we put in their hands the possibility—and the responsibility—to do the serious work demanded of us all as citizens.

Join the UC Berkeley History-Social Science Project and Facing History - Bay Area office for this day long workshop.

Date: July 26th, 2017
