When is the program?
Monday-Friday, July 5-28, 2017, from 9:00 am-3:00 pm daily.
 
What does the program cost?
Due to our generous funding through the Stuart Foundation, we are able to provide this summer program at no cost to high school students. Students will also be provided with breakfast, lunch, and a BART ticket.
 
Does this program offer high-school or college credit?
Students may have the option of obtaining high school elective credit.  Please check back in March-April about the possibility of earning college credit.
 
What is the application process?
Students can apply HERE.  They will need a google account in order to apply. Students will be informed of their acceptance status by May 1.  If you have questions about the application process, you may contact the Project Coordinator, Jenna Rentz at making.history@berkeley.edu.
 
What do I need to know about transportation to UC Berkeley?
The summer program will be held at Dwinelle Hall on the UC Berkeley campus, which is a 15-minute walk from the Downtown Berkeley BART station. Parking is limited on the campus, but there are several all-day parking garages in downtown Berkeley.
